For Valentine's Day this year Cardy and I decided to do something different. Dinner and a movie are a typical date for us so for Valentine's Day I asked Cardy if we could do something different and go skiing. It's been a while since Cardy and I had hit the slopes together - most of my skiing is done with my dad and his crew - so I was excited when he agreed.

Sunday morning we drove up to Solitude and we were so happy because it was a gorgeous day (the drive would've been a treat in itself even if we hadn't gone skiing). The sun was out, the sky was blue and the temperature was in the 40's - Blue bird ski days are the best! We had so much fun. It was nice to have entire day to spend with each other. I loved doing something active and outdoors with the person I love the most. Thanks baby for a great day!

Zoe also had a great Valentine's Day. Her best friend, Maddie, sent her a special delivery!

    Jen I am so impressed with your mad digi scrappin' skillz! You rock! You'll love having them done when your print your blog book off. I'm jelouse of your V-day! So fun. Although I do not miss the snow, I do miss skiing! And I LOVE skiing on sunny days! I think it's been over 3 years since I hit the slopes. Boo to that.
