nchy topping was heaven. The only thing I would do differently is half the recipe. This recipe made so much, we still have left overs. I took pictures to share because it looked too good to keep to myself. I love to cook, especially from scratch. It's become a hobby of mine and I get total enjoyment out of trying new recipes, especially when they're "keepers" and this one is definitely a keeper!

I am in LOVE with Alton, Devon's mom and a friend of mine each gave me a book of his for Christmas. I love the way he incorporates science into the mix - if you ever want to borrow them let me know! Instead of a traditional recipe book they're more about the methods and tools used in cooking. What few recipes are in there sound awesome - there's one for Earl Grey Creme Brulee I'm dying to try out
