I like Ginger (like your friend suggested), Eve (because you kind of got her on the eve of christmas), Sugarplum (because it's fun to say), Santa's Little Helper (classic Simpson's reference), or my personal favorite Olive (because she's black, it's a cute name, and Elle has a book about a dog named Olive who thinks he's a reindeer).

Thanks for all the suggestions! We did finally come up with a name. We decided on Zoe. It seems to fit her and her spunky little personality.
